Perfect Landscapes To Visit To Get Away From It All

20 September, 2019 by Taylor Swift

Are you fed up of all the crowds, people, and commotion in your daily life? Do you need a solo trip ASAP to just relax and unwind? If it’s crowds you are avoiding, these surreal landscapes are the perfect place to take your next trip and just get away from it all. You’re sure to find some inner peace by enjoying the external peace!

Erg Chebbi, Morocco

Erg Chebbi, one of the few landscapes in the world with picturesque sand dunes.

If you want to visit a landscape that is shockingly picturesque, you should visit Erg Chebbi in Morocco. Located on the edge of the Sahara, this “erg” is a sea not of water, but sand. With no water in sight, you won’t find many people in these rose gold sand dunes. There are few other landscapes in the world where you can see dunes that reach heights of up to 160 meters! This makes for both an impressive trip and even more impressive photos.

Salar De Uyuni, Bolivia

one of the two landscapes thatat Salar De Uyuni has (this one is white when dry, will mirror the sky when wet.)

You can get away from it all by heading to South America for this surreal sight. Salar De Uyuni is the world’s largest salt flat, which depending on the weather creates different surreal visual effects for the eye. When the weather is dry, the salt flats look like a never-ending expanse of white. When the weather is rainy, the flats turn into one giant mirror, reflecting the blue sky and clouds onto the ground. You’ll feel like your practically flying in this dreamlike state of solitude.

Lapland, Finland

The Laplands in Finland is one of the landscapes to catch the aurora borealis.

One of the best landscapes to get in some snow-filled fun with spectacular sights is Lapland, Finland. This destination is nestled deep in the wilderness and offers perfect views of the Aurora Borealis aka Northern Lights. What’s more, if you are really looking to isolate yourself away from people entirely, you can rent a secluded igloo. The mode of transportation to said igloos? Dog sleds! Talk about an authentic and unique adventure!
